Green Smoothie Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 to 2 handful of Spinach or 1 Cup of frozen Spinach
  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 1/2 medium Banana
  • 1 cup of soaked Flaxseed water. Pre-soak 1/2 cup of flaxseed overnight or for at least 6 hours, or soak in boiling water for 30 minutes.
  • Ginger root (Optional)

Kitchen Appliance Required:

Blender

Instructions:

  • Put all ingredients into a blender, excluding soaked flaxseed water.
  • Pour flaxseed water into a blender
  • Blend until you reach the desired consistency
  • Taste, add more ingredients if you like.
  • That’s it! Simple and Easy
