- 1 to 2 handful of Spinach or 1 Cup of frozen Spinach
- 1 cup of frozen mango
- 1/2 medium Banana
- 1 cup of soaked Flaxseed water. Pre-soak 1/2 cup of flaxseed overnight or for at least 6 hours, or soak in boiling water for 30 minutes.
- Ginger root (Optional)

Blender
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients into a blender, excluding soaked flaxseed water.
- Pour flaxseed water into a blender
- Blend until you reach the desired consistency
- Taste, add more ingredients if you like.
